The working principle of
At work, the isolation diaphragm and the filling fluid on the high and low pressure sides transfer the
process pressure to the filling fluid, and then the filling fluid transfers the pressure to the sensing
diaphragm in the sensor center.The sensing diaphragm is a tensioned elastic element whose
varies with the pressure. The difference of capacitance between the sensing diaphragm and the capacitive
electrode plate is converted into the corresponding current, voltage or digital HAR output signal.
