The vortex flowmeter is a volume flowmeter that measures the volume flow rate of gas, vapor or liquid, the volume flow rate in standard conditions or the mass flow rate according to the Karman vortex street principle.And it can be used as flow transmitter in automatic control system.

requirements:

1.Requirements for the external environment Vortex flowmeter should be installed in places with large temperature variations and receiving thermal radiation of equipment. If installation is necessary, insulation and ventilation measures should be adopted.

2.The sensor shall not be installed in an environment containing corrosive gases, and ventilation shall be required if installation is necessary.

3.It is best to install the sensor indoors. If it must be installed outdoors, it must be protected against moisture and sun. Pay attention to whether water will flow into the amplifier box along the cable.

4.Adequate space shall be provided around the installation of the sensor, and there shall be lights and power outlets for wiring and regular maintenance.

5.The connection position of the sensor should be away from electrical noise, such as high-power transformer, motor and power supply.

6.There should be no radio transceiver near the sensor installation point, otherwise the high frequency noise will interfere with the normal use of the sensor.
